Dhoop / agarbatti/ sambrani on counting mechanism. In the MMI the prescribed counts are fed the vertical ffs machine form the pouch and halts for the prescribed numbers of counts to dispense in the pack. The product dhoop/ agarbatti is fed in the Vibratory feeder and is transferred on to the conveyor with 2-4 track as per the req uirement of the product. Precision laser sensors are mounted on the conveyor to count the number of pieces to be dispensed in the pack. The moment the count is complete the horiz ontal sealer seals the pouch and the next cycle begins.
