POUCH IN POUCH PACKING MACHINE

Unitek has designed a model where by the smaller pack ie... masala pouch can be automatically inserted in the bigger bag  simultaneously without human intervention. This model comprises of two Plc Collar Machine each for forming a smaller pack and the bigger pack and thetransfer of smaller sachet to the bigger machine is through a conveyor . And dispensed in the baggeer pack while it is being filled. The entire process is completely automatic thereby reducing man power in these operations.
