CONICAL DHOOP COUNTING AND PACKING

Conical Dhoop Counting & Packing Machine - Its a Plc operated machine with Touch screen HMI the pouch formation filling and sealing is an automatic process. The conical dhoop is fed in the bowl feeder and transferred to the conveyor the conical dhoop on the conveyor passes under precision laser sensor and are counted and packed in the pouches. Incase the bowl feeder runs out of the product and the specified count is not available the machine goes on the halting mode. The speed of the machine will depend upon the number of counts to be packed and the number of counts required can be fed in the HMI as per the requirement.
