• The machine is fabricated in M .S. frame and eq uipped with control panel, rotary switch, temp controller, interlocked with the solenoid coils/ valves, relays & contactor, indication lamp, electronic push button switch completely housed inside the machine.
• The nitrogen flushing and sealing machines operates through pneumatically operated gripper to hold the filled sachet the nitrogen flushing noz z le automatically operates by vertically sliding inside the sachet for flushing the nitrogen and slides back after the flushing thereafter the horiz ontally operated pneumatic sealers seal the pouch.
